Icetagram End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using Icetagram, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal or internal business purposes only.

2. Prohibited Actions: You may not:

   • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Software.
   • Distribute, rent, or sell the Software.
   • Use the Software for illegal activities or in violation of laws.

3. Ownership: The Software is owned by Iceria City Corp. and is licensed to you, not sold. All rights, title, and interest remain with the Company.

4. No Warranty: The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Iceria City Corp. is not liable for any damages arising from its use.

5. Termination: This license will terminate automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software.

6. Privacy: Your use of the Software is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your personal data.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Iceria and disputes will be resolved in Iceria.

8. If in any circumstances the Tale of Arus is shared across any other platform by another user not verified by Nuvio or AlJiVi-World he wil have his legs rippet out of his butt.
